Didn't use restaurant. Good location.

Location was great. Free ev charging.

No where to hang wet clothes and towels. View of main road. Reception didn't know how to use discount vouchers located on reception.

Stayed there for a conference and won’t be staying there again.

Location near the Events Centre

Dingy with curtains that didn’t fit the windows, ripped carpet and light fittings that needed repair. Noisy people at all hours banging doors and outside my room sliding door.

The hotel has a great location, good room size and comfortable beds.

The rooms are quite dated. It would be nice to have an updated bathroom, the hot water was temperamental, turning very hot then cold

Good stay overall, close to the event I was attending

Great location, prompt room service. Bed was excellent, firm mattress. Very good shower pressure. Clean linen. Wonderful fragrance of the soap, shampoo and hand lotion. Good wifi in the room.

Although I opted for towels not to be replaced by using the go green card, I was expecting that coffee sachets would still be replenished which were not. Apart from a shower cap, there were no other toiletries like ear cotton buds, razor etc. One of the bedside lamps bulb was flickering. TV had no internet connection, therefore could not cast anything from my phone or use any streaming service. However, I would stay again if going to Rotorua.

Good for short overnight stay.

Good location, ample car parking, very large rooms too.

Checked into our room and male staff member walked straight in our room without knocking and then said sorry and walked straight out very weird situation!! Walk from car park to Rooms are very far if you’re up stairs, No elevators. Be wary if you have large suitcases

Was great once first move and when we Knocked hard on walk to in form Chinese group to be silent

Had to move due to noise of buses and people - move was good but still lots of noise from tour groups etc

Late night noise and early morning noise. - wow loud.

We had a great time at the Sudima Rotorua. We’d definitely come back.

The beds and pillows were super comfy. While the room was small it was tidy and exactly what we needed. We decided not to go out for dinner and stayed and had room service instead - always a good sign when you don’t want to leave the room.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. The bathroom was on the small side - meant there could only be one person in there at a time - but again had everything we needed.

Marvellous View

We stayed overnight as a stopover on our way back home and was delighted to be welcomed by friendly staff! Although the room seemed recently renovated the worn down facilities were visible and water pressure for our shower was rather weak. However, great housekeeping by staff so everything was clean and tidy! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the spa or pool but was informed that it can be used free of charge by reserving a time at the reception. Breakfast is average and food and drinks were often slowly refilled but once again the fantastic hospitality shown by the staff plus the view of the lake made the experience pleasant!

Facilities were worn. The toilet was clean but stained from old age, water pressure for the shower was so weak but not sure if it was a problem only we had.

IN CENTRAL ROTORUA

An enormous hotel! but well organised. We had room 611 on the ground floor which is designed for wheelchair user so ample space in both bedroom and well-appointed bathroom. Comfortable bed; peaceful night. Breakfast efficiently run, with wide range of food and tasty sausage, bacon, scrambled egg. Hotel had two laundry rooms, although we didn’t use them.

It’s always a bonus when a hotel boasts a swimming pool. This one was semi-outdoors and rather windy, and we were the only swimmers. The pool was a bit shabby, as were the changing rooms, which were also dangerously slippery under-foot. Our room’s view was of a fence, which didn’t matter for only one night’s stay.

disapionting and pleased we only eleceted to stay the one night due to the poor quality of the room.

Location is excellent, and central to most of the city amenities. ample parking.

This was our 2nd stay in this hotel and sadly this time we were in a different block. the room was clean but very tied and not up to the standard of our previous stay, also noisy, woken early with tour buses right out side our widows. bath and wash had basin taps need replacing as they barely worked. Towels were very thin and small, not what you expect for that kind of money

Close to Polynesian Spa. Room facing a bit of mountain & water with balcony.

Friendly & helpful staff. I sprained my ankle. There’s wheel chair & crutches provided. I was very impressed.

The ramp going to where the elevator is located is too steep for wheelchair. The ramp is at the end of the corridor, quite far away. For luggage, you have to carry it up a few steps if you don’t want to use the steep ramp. It is not a big deal, but it is something the hotel can improve on.

We had an amazing evening with our whānau, loved the pool and modern amenities.

Found breakfast quite pricey = $9.50 for 2 toast and a little glass of juice? On arrival we were given room keys to a already occupied room? I was very embarrassed to walk in on a person who had just finished a shower? Returned to reception and were immediately upgraded to an amazing room on level 3.
