The portable cot was broken. The pool wasnt open ( one reason we booked Sudima)

Good stay overall, close to the event I was attending
Great location, prompt room service. Bed was excellent, firm mattress. Very good shower pressure. Clean linen. Wonderful fragrance of the soap, shampoo and hand lotion. Good wifi in the room.
Although I opted for towels not to be replaced by using the go green card, I was expecting that coffee sachets would still be replenished which were not. Apart from a shower cap, there were no other toiletries like ear cotton buds, razor etc. One of the bedside lamps bulb was flickering. TV had no internet connection, therefore could not cast anything from my phone or use any streaming service. However, I would stay again if going to Rotorua.

Great location and very friendly staff
The hotel has a great location, good room size and comfortable beds.
The rooms are quite dated. It would be nice to have an updated bathroom, the hot water was temperamental, turning very hot then cold
